Alisher Kudratullaevich Zaynutdinov

Alisher K. Zaynutdinov has many years of legal practice in different areas of law.

Alisher K. Zaynutdinov began his practice in 1998 as a legal adviser of the State Commercial and HorticulturePreparation Enterprise №1 of Tashkent city administration (http://tashkent.uz).

In 2000, he joined the Mirzo Ulugbek District Court of Tashkent city as a courier, after a short time he was appointed as a secretary of the Court session, and then worked as a consultant– head of the Court Office (http://supcourt.uz).

In the period from 2002 to 2005, Alisher Zaynutdinov worked as a Head of the Legal Service of the Republican self-supporting association "Uzbekekspertiza", now it is an Open Joint Stock Company "Uzbekekspertiza" (one of the leaders in the market of certification of productsconformity, pre-shipment inspection, and the only organization that conducts certification of origin of goods in Uzbekistan).
In 2005Alisher K. Zaynutdinov joined LFS Financial Systems GmbH as a lawyer (http://lfs-consulting.de), which was to implement a project of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to support small business namely:Japan-Uzbek Program on development of small businesses (J-USBP). From June 2006 through February 2007, Alisher Zaynutdinov worked as an intern in the Legal Department of the Azerbaijan Micro Finance Bank, located in Baku, Azerbaijan (http://www.accessbank.az).

Since 2007, Alisher K.Zaynutdinov started his own law practice in the Law Firm «ALEKSTA YURE», where he gained invaluable experience of a lawyer in different courts.
In 2009 the lawyer Alisher K. Zaynutdinov established the «VIRTUS LEO» Law Bureau, where he exercised individual law practice.

On January 27, 2015, VIRTUS LEO Law Bureau was transformed into the Law Firm VIRTUS LEO and by the resolution of a Law Firm's Shareholders a lawyer Alisher K.Zaynutdinovwas elected as a managing partner, and he was entrusted to manage Law Firm.

Odinabonu O. Abdukakhorova has an experience in the legal practice of labor law and in providing legal services to companies.

Odinabonu O. Abdukakhorova started her practice in 2010 as an Assistant Legal Advisor at the of JSC "Tashneftegazstroy" Production Division (http://www.tngk.uz).

As a lawyer, Farrux Farxod o`g`li Ixtiyorov is one of the young, full-fledged experts of our team with achievements in the field of corporate law and business law.

In July 2022, Farrux Farxod o`g`li Ixtiyorov began his legal career as a legal assistant in the legal department of Akfa University LLC (now CAU) (https://www.akfauniversity.uz). In September 2022, he moved to VIRTUS LEO Law Firm with the aim of building a career as a lawyer and continues to this day as a trainee lawyer.

The path of Farrux Farxod o`g`li Ixtiyorov to gain experience and knowledge was not limited to our company and Akfa University. In particular, he gained practical skills after completing an internship at the Karmana District Prosecutor's Office of the Navoi Region, the Department of Justice of the city of Nukus, the Nukus Interdistrict Economic Court.

Farrux Farxod o`g`li Ixtiyorov did not limit himself to practical and theoretical knowledge in Uzbekistan, he successfully completed a training course for specialists in intellectual property law, organized by the online educational platform Coursera and the University of Pennsylvania, and received a Certificate of Specialist in Intellectual Property Law.

Farrux Farxod o`g`li Ixtiyorov also actively participated in the activities of the community and became a volunteer of the Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan during 2018-2022, developing the legal consciousness of society, helping families in need of help, organized seminars on laws and legal issues in schools.

As part of the preparation of the master's thesis, he studied the issues of improving the legislation on e-commerce of the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyzed the experience of the United States and China, developed reasonable and practical proposals for improving the legislation on e-commerce.

Mukhammadjon Khusanboy ugli Akramov began his career in June 2022 as an assistant judge at the Shaykhonokhur Inter-District Civil Court (https://www.sud.uz). In June 2023, he transferred to the law firm "VIRTUS LEO" in order to build his legal career, and continues as a trainee lawyer until now.

Mukhammadjon Khusanboy ugli Akramov's legal experience was not limited only to his work, he gained the necessary knowledge and skills through internships at the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court, Margilan Tax Inspectorate, and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Mukhammadjon Khusanboy ugli Akramov did not limit himself only to practical and theoretical knowledge in Uzbekistan, he participated in the training course "Labor Law and Labor Dispute Resolution" organized by Tashkent State Law University and Nagoya University and received the relevant certificate..

He also completed the Restorative Justice training course organized by the Tashkent State Law University and Regional Dialogue NGO, successfully passed the final exams, and obtained the appropriate certificate.
Mukhammadjon Khusanboy ugli Akramov was awarded with the appropriate certificate after taking the 3rd place in the knowledge competition organized by the Tashkent State Law University in the field of "Theory of State and Law".
Mukhammadjon Khusanboy ugli Akramov is also active in the field of sports in addition to academic activities, he took first place twice in several sports competitions - on 16.09.2019 in the sport of "armwrestling" and on 13.12.2019 in Tashkent Twice won the 1st place in the "armwrestling" sport among students of educational institutions and was awarded with the appropriate diploma and valuable gifts.

In addition, he received 86 points out of 100 from the graduation thesis written for the bachelor's degree at the Tashkent State University of Law, and his graduation thesis was recommended by the commission members to be studied by the students of the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office.

His master's thesis, written for the completion of the master's degree at the Tashkent State University of Law, analyzed the methods and means of protecting consumer rights in distance sales, as well as the main problems in this field, and made specific proposals for their elimination.
